- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very affordable and in a lot of cases I can get the court's filing fee waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply gather basic information from them regarding income, expenses, assets, etc over the telephone. Then depending on where they live, I may mail or personally deliver the documents for signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paralegal certificate, and preparation of more than 700 bankruptcies to date.
