⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give 10 Stars if I could!
Outstanding Service from Antarctica Air
In April, I had a leak in my downstairs area and thought it was coming from my upstairs A/C unit. I called Antarctica Air early Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they scheduled someone to come out first thing Saturday.
After the evaluation, I was told the unit needed to be replaced since the repair would cost almost as much as a new one. The technician took the time to explain all of my options, including the benefits of replacing the unit versus doing a temporary fix. They made sure I understood the long-term value of a new unit, including the warranty coverage.
By Tuesday, they had a new unit delivered and installed. The team was professional, quick, and left everything clean. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring.
I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Antarctica Air to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient A/C service.
