It's rare to find such honest AC technicians. Cool Air USA was great to work with. They called exactly when they said they would and arrived right on time which I appreciated since they were so flexible with my schedule. They provided a free estimate and gave me two clear maintenance options to choose from without any pressure to upsell or overcharge me. Scheduling was easy and the tech showed up on time. Tech explained everything in detail, took care of the minor issue which took 2 minutes. Had a small issue at payment time but it was resolved quickly by the home office...... thank you
