It's rare to find such honest AC technicians. Cool Air USA was great to work with. They called exactly when they said they would and arrived right on time which I appreciated since they were so flexible with my schedule. They provided a free estimate and gave me two clear maintenance options to choose from without any pressure to upsell or overcharge me. Their attention to detail is impressive and I can tell they do the job right the first time. I will definitely be keeping them as my go to team for any future HVAC needs. False Advertising! They waste your time by writing "free estimate." Then they call you and say there is a service fee, and that "free estimate" means - "free estimate if you are buying a new AC unit." This is BS and wasting people's time. If they need to trick you into contacting them, they have bigger issues.
