- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Morante’s HVAC, I believe in honest and fair pricing. I provide free estimates and explain the work clearly before starting any job, so customers know what to expect. My goal is to deliver quality heating and cooling services at a reasonable price while treating every home with care and respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer’s heating or cooling issue and scheduling a convenient time to inspect the system. After checking everything carefully, I explain the problem and recommend the best solution based on the customer’s needs and budget. Once approved, I complete the work with attention to detail and make sure everything is working properly before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on HVAC experience and continue learning about heating and cooling systems, repairs, maintenance, and installations. I stay focused on doing quality work safely and correctly, while keeping up with industry standards and equipment.
