Customers should know that pricing is transparent and broken down into three main components: 1. Base service fee the standard charge for the project or consultation. 2. Variable costs materials, labor, or specialized services that can affect the total price. 3. Discounts & incentives
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact & assessment I greet the customer, listen to their concerns or needs, and perform an initial assessment of the HVAC system or space to understand the issues or goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my start in HVAC through a combination of technical school training and hands-on experience. I completed a certification program in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) and worked as an apprentice with a local contractor.
