Introduction: I have over twenty-five years of tennis coaching experience and have been a certified Professional Coach with the Professional Tennis Registry for over 20 years. Formerly I was the assistant tennis coach for men’s and women’s at University of Texas at Dallas. I have worked with all age groups from tots to high performance. Being a coach, I focus more on the growth of my students not on how much I am making that hour. With this philosophy, I have a 100 percent student retention.

Louis is, without question, an outstanding and professional coach. He is passionate about tennis, about teaching, and has a very patient yet clear and refined method of instruction. The first question he asked me was whether I wanted to take my game to the next level. He did exactly that in just a few short weeks, converting me from using 'conventional' methods to 'modern tennis.' I saw payoff from Louis' instruction quickly and feel that my game and my mindset has already dramatically improved thanks to Louis. I would recommend Louis to anyone, from beginners to more experienced players looking to revamp, refine, or master the game. I am traveling for work for several months, but otherwise would have absolutely continued with Louis and I will work with him again when I'm back in town. Thank you again Coach Louis!

Coach Louis is a great tennis coach. He is patient, and he tailors his skills to my needs as a student; we work together as a team. As a result, my tennis skills improve with each lesson. I recommend Coach Louis Remondet as a tennis coach.

Great coach, very professional. Gives very specific instructions to improve technics and tactics inspired by modern tennis. After a few lessons, my kids (11 and 6) have already improved. Louis experience as a college tennis and tennis academy coach is great for my children. And most important, they love going to the lessons. Louis also takes time explaining to us his approach and how the children are doing.

I've improved significantly in just a few lessons and looking forward to make greater improvements with him!! As an adult playing tennis for the first time, I'm very excited to learn more and play more! Thanks to Louis! I highly recommend St Rita's tennis academy!!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate of the Tennis Tech Program at Tyler Junior College. Tennis internship at Notre Dame. I am a certified Professional with the USPTR.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    All levels.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell them, do not go by the price of the lesson. Look at the background of the professional. 1) See if they are an instructor or a coach. 2) See what certification they have and at what level is their certification,i.e. instructor or professional. 3) Ask to see their resume. 4) Read reviews from past students. There are a lot of inadequate instructors not professionals out there and if you just go by price you will find one.
