He was punctual and available asap. Took over 3.5 hours and actually said putting tvs aren’t his specialty. The cords are showing and had to take the tv down after forgetting to put the power cord on. If you want something basic this is your go to

Thank you for the constructive criticism Jessica and I'm sorry you didn't like my work. Just to clarify some things. 1. I was late 30 mins. 2. You never mentioned that you were in a rush and I needed to finish in less than 2 hours. 3. After I took 30 mins to prep the area and remove the old TV and mount I started to work on the new one. 4. I installed a new fresh out of the store 85 inch TV and a new sound bar. 5. YOU NEVER REQUESTED THE CABLES TO BE CONCEALED and was only mentioned after I was done. 6. Yes, I forgot to put the power cord on that's why I took the TV down then connected the power cord on then I put the TV back up. 7. Yes, I did a basic job but a good job because the TV is leveled and the mount can hold my weight. 8. I took another 30 minutes to arranged your furniture back in place, sweep the area, and take all the boxes to your recycling bin. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW
