Marla was an amazing attorney during an especially hard time in my life when I felt my life was falling apart. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with my client's throughout my representation and will allow payment plans as long as the client makes a genuine effort to pay towards any owed attorney's fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with my new client to thoroughly explain the upcoming legal process and will go over all necessary documents that are relevant to the matter. After the initial meeting, I stay in constant communication via email, text message and phone. The client can request telephonic conferences and meetings at any time throughout my representation of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona in 2004. I then received my Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 2007. I have been a practicing Florida bar member in great standing since 2007.
