Well this was a graduation party which included family and friends, the event was on fire, everyone raved Over and over about the food the service air and his team are phenomenal you will not be disappointed. I will without a doubt use Fuzion catering.

I reached out to Chef Amir for Brunch for my fiancé’s 30th birthday in Miami. We were celebrating with friends and family from New York. Everything about Fuzeion Catering was amazing, from the start, his reply to my initial inquiry was very quickly. He was easy to talk to and offered soooo many options and items for menus. The fact that his large selection was not overwhelming and very easy to imagine put together was one of my favorite things about working with him! Amir arrived on time, prepared with all the things he would need and the food was amazing! It was a pleasure working with him, amazing worth ethic! Very clean and interactive with our guests as he prepared the food and his assistant was very friendly as well! Def. would work with him again next time we are in Miami!

He was so easy to work with, he was very professional, and the food was exceptional. From his set up to the food itself to the tear down, we were all so pleased with Chef Amir. He was the highlight of our Bachelorette Weekend.
