David is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the best trainers I’ve ever used. He has helped myself and family members achieve our individual training goals. He is extremely reliable & punctual. Always set up and ready to start training ahead of time with the exercise routine planned. He always pushes me outside my comfort zone and makes each session fun and challenging. David has helped me build muscle and lose fat which were my goals when we began training. Overall he’s the best you can get.
