- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for mediation is based on an hourly rate, with a two hour minimum. The only additional fee is for travel outside of our office, which is based on your distance. (We offer free use of our facilities)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, A mediation starts with one party asking for the mediation session. At that point I will get a small amount of information from you and attempt to set up a mediation session. Once we have set up a session we will come together and try to settle the dispute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I posses a Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law and am a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator. I have experience working in mediation throughout Florida, including in the Orange County Court System.
