- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, fair pricing and never surprise our clients with hidden fees. Starter pricing: Logo design — starting at $99. Website design & development — starting at $499. What affects final price: complexity of features, number of pages, integrations (APIs, payment, third-party platforms), custom animations, eCommerce, and compliance requirements. Included vs. add-ons: basic revisions, file handoffs (logo source files), and a standard QA pass are included in most packages. Add-ons such as extended content writing, premium stock assets, third-party licensing, advanced integrations, or expedited timelines are quoted separately. Discounts & long-term pricing: we offer bundled pricing, multi-project discounts, and retainer/maintenance plans for ongoing partnerships. Non-profit and educational discounts are available on request. Estimates & transparency: we deliver itemized proposals and work with your budget to recommend viable phased approaches (MVP → enhancements)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is structured, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable value. Discovery & Consultation (1–5 days) Free initial consultation to understand goals, audience, success metrics, and constraints. We gather assets and define scope and priorities. Proposal & Agreement (1–3 days) Written proposal with scope, milestones, delivery dates, and pricing. Contract and deposit to kick off work. Design (1–3 weeks for small projects; longer for complex platforms) Wireframes → high-fidelity mockups → client review & revisions. Interactive prototypes for web and app projects where appropriate. Development (2–12+ weeks depending on scope) Agile sprints, feature-by-feature build, continuous QA and client reviews. Regular demos and access to staging environment. Testing & Launch (1–3 weeks) Cross-device testing, performance tuning, security checks, and deployment. Training and documentation handoff for client teams. Post-Launch Support & Growth Maintenance packages, analytics tracking, iterative improvements, and feature roadmaps. Communication: we use email, scheduled video calls (Zoom/Teams), and client collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, or Asana) — whichever the client prefers. Typical timelines (guidelines): logo: 3–5 business days; brochure sites: 2–6 weeks; custom platforms: 8–16+ weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our strength is a blend of formal education and hands-on industry experience: The team typically includes professionals with degrees in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Business, and related fields. Many team members hold industry certifications and credentials such as UX certificates, Google UX Design, AWS/Azure cloud certifications, Scrum/Product Owner, and vendor training for relevant frameworks. We prioritize continuous learning attending conferences, running internal workshops, and completing short intensive programs (bootcamps) for new technologies (AI/ML, React, mobile frameworks, accessibility, etc.). Most importantly, our practical experience building products for universities, healthcare, consumer brands and enterprise clients is a key part of our training real projects teach the lessons formal classes don’t.
