This pro was quick to respond and addressed my initial concern on my washing machine with the wobbly tub but also checked a water filter part that controls water flow and fixed that as well. Awesome communication, calls when arrival is delayed. Very happy with this service. Service fee waived if hired to perform service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $125, which covers the trip to your home and diagnosis of the appliance. If you choose to have me complete the repair, the $125 service call fee is waived and is not charged in addition to the repair cost. Repair pricing is based on the specific problem, parts required, and labor involved. Any estimate provided is for the diagnosed issue only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I’ll first gather some basic information about the appliance and the problem you’re experiencing. We’ll then schedule a convenient service appointment. Upon arrival, I’ll inspect and diagnose the appliance, explain my findings, and provide an estimate for the recommended repair. You can then decide whether you’d like me to proceed. There’s no pressure to approve a repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received manufacturer-specific training from Samsung, Whirlpool, and GE. This training, combined with hands-on field experience, helps me properly diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances.
