- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very transparent on my pricing and I always make sure to send an invoice after the job is complete detailing what everything costs. Pricing can vary job to job but I try to keep it close to a base price, which is determined by the size of the job that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact I either send a rough estimate through text or over the phone. If needed, I meet the customer at the property and give them an estimate after we go over what needs to be done. I always make sure to offer customers a service based on what the property needs and the customers situation, not based on what I can make from maintaining the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've found that my service in the military has actually helped me in performing my job. Taking care to clean up spots that others maybe wouldn't notice or wouldn't take the time to do, not because of the money but simply because I want to do my job properly.
