Dereck is awesome! He came out super fast and was very punctual in regards to our appointment time. He has high tech thermal imaging equipment for tracking leaks and does everything he can to help you with your issue. There are other plumbers with more reviews, but they sent out people that unless you're multi-lingual, you can not communicate with. One in particular that had over 200 5 star reviews had me demo a wall in a 2 year old shower for no reason! Dereck helped me figure out that the leak was under the slab which is particularly tricky to diagnose. If you need a plumber, look no further! Derecks the man! I will definately be using and referring him for all future plumbing needs.

Dereck came the same day to fix a leaky faucet for my tenant. He was very responsive and this was a big help as I live far from my property in Miami Beach.

Dereck did a great job on my church's sink and commercial toilet. He went above and beyond to find the commercial toilet parts on a Saturday and fixed everything at a good price. I'll definitely be using him in the future!
