- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project, material selected, edge profile, and any additional cutouts or special details. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. On-site estimates are free, and all pricing is explained before any work begins. Any upgrades or changes are discussed and approved by the customer in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s project, budget, and material preferences. After that, we provide an estimate and schedule an on-site template once cabinets are installed and secured. From there, we fabricate the countertops in our shop and schedule installation. We keep the customer informed throughout the process and make sure everything is completed accurately and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands-on experience working in stone fabrication and countertop installation. My training comes from real job-site experience, working with granite, quartz, and quartzite on residential and commercial projects. I stay up to date with industry standards, installation methods, and safety practices to ensure quality and long-lasting results.
