1) We go over the details of their event to determine an exact quote for my services over the phone. A 2) Exact quote is sent through email 3) Customer determines whether or not they need another phone meeting or in person meeting to go over any other questions before signing a contract. 4) Contract is signed either in person or is mailed back along with deposit for half of the total amount owed for services. 5) Upon receiving contract If it was sent through mail, customer is notified and a scanned copy is sent back through email with my signature for your records along with an information document for the customer to fill about the evening whether it is a list of music, itinerary for the evening for a party/event or list of Bridal party, first dance song, prelude, processional and recessional music for the ceremony etc, if it were a Wedding. 6) Once all info is received We will go over it all together either over the phone or in person and make sure we have everthing exactly the way you want for your evening. Then we create a complete timeline. 7)We party the night away!!!
