They came the same day which was quick. The installer was very nice and pleasant. My issue is I have never received a receipt for paying for the service and the light does not touch the ceiling and it’s a ceiling mounted light. At the time it was installed it was said the ceiling was not level and I accepted it because these villas are not perfectly built but I called the light seller and they told me it should have been mounted to the ceiling and I will need to take it down to check the screws to try mount it to the ceiling and the light that was there before was flush with the ceiling.

Good morning Elizabeth. Invoice was sent today as service was completed on Saturday 7/18 when office is closed. The fixture removed was a 4” canopy fixture and light that was owner furnished was a 12” flush mount. The issue was the drywall not being flat due to drywall errors over the radius of the light. Fixture is secured as tight as possible to box without bending the fixture. A medallion, caulking or smaller diameter fixture may be the best options as the drywall is bowed. We take reviews and customer satisfaction very seriously no matter how small or large a project is.
