We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Most projects are quoted upfront before work begins, so you'll know the cost before we get started. For troubleshooting and diagnostic work, we provide clear pricing and explain your options before making repairs. We also offer discounts for military members, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project and answering any questions you may have. Depending on the job, we may provide an estimate remotely or schedule an on-site visit. Once approved, we communicate throughout the process, arrive on time, complete the work safely and professionally, and ensure everything is working properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Caloosa Electric Service is led by a licensed electrical contractor (master electrician) with more than 35 years of industry experience. Our team is trained in residential and commercial electrical systems, code compliance, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, generator connections, lighting, service work, and electrical safety. We stay current with industry standards and Florida electrical code requirements.
