I picked Courtney because of the positive reviews she got & she delivered. Very responsive, punctual, reasonable, pleasant & a dog-lover (very important for me because my dog gets protective against strangers being in the house but she liked Courtney). My hair is challenging but Courtney handled it very well, able to cut it according to my specifications.

First impressions are very important. I hired Courtney for a trial run first. I was very impressed with her work so I hired her to do my hair for my ceremony. She made me feel at ease and comfortable but most of all she listened carefully. She managed my hair very well and shared ideas. What I loved about her was that she took her time with me. She is very professional and genuine but most all VERY experienced. She was hands on with everything. Her demeanor and vibe are extremely positive. Courtney was punctual the day of my ceremony. Courtney did a great job with my hair. I was looking very unkept, as I have a pixie cut and hadn't had my hair cut in months. It was nice to get cleaned up and feel myself again. Courtney was on time, easy to communicate with, and understood what I wanted. Not only is she a great stylist, but she has a great personality and we just clicked right away with pleasant conversation. I'll definitely be using her again when my hair starts to grow back out.
