Still trying to figure out why I got cancelled last minute and didn’t get a heads up or even a message back to get rescheduled after scheduling an appointment 1 month and a half in advance.

I picked Courtney because of the positive reviews she got & she delivered. Very responsive, punctual, reasonable, pleasant & a dog-lover (very important for me because my dog gets protective against strangers being in the house but she liked Courtney). My hair is challenging but Courtney handled it very well, able to cut it according to my specifications.

First impressions are very important. I hired Courtney for a trial run first. I was very impressed with her work so I hired her to do my hair for my ceremony. She made me feel at ease and comfortable but most of all she listened carefully. She managed my hair very well and shared ideas. What I loved about her was that she took her time with me. She is very professional and genuine but most all VERY experienced. She was hands on with everything. Her demeanor and vibe are extremely positive. Courtney was punctual the day of my ceremony.
