Still trying to figure out why I got cancelled last minute and didn’t get a heads up or even a message back to get rescheduled after scheduling an appointment 1 month and a half in advance.

Very responsive, punctual, reasonable, pleasant & a dog-lover (very important for me because my dog gets protective against strangers being in the house but she liked Courtney). My hair is challenging but Courtney handled it very well, able to cut it according to my specifications.
