Everything we do is custom and designed to fit a clients needs. I dont believe in bringing a whole slew of sample boards when I first meet a new client. It seems many people feel like they have to select something from the samples shown to them. I much prefer to talk with the client about color, texture, and design and then create something custom for their needs. With so many products on the market that can be manipulated in so many ways, it would be a shame to limit someone to just what has been previously done.
In many cases, I will help a client scale back on their original idea to something that they will love for many years. Good design should reveal itself in layers, and be flexible enough to give clients the type of space that they are confident to change furniture or draperies without having to worry about things clashing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated pricing system. While some finishes can be labor intensive, therefore increasing the price, the largest variable is the cost of certain products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. Every year there are conventions and workshops with different artists and companies showing new techniques they have discovered. Many products require a training class to become authorized to use them. We love taking advantage every chance we can!!!
