I am ecstatic I found Dayna to work with as my trainer. As a 69 year old woman who hasn’t exercised in over 20 years and has several back and neck issues, I was very motivated to get toned again and to strengthen my core but was worried about hurting myself if I did my own workouts. Dayna is very diligent in watching that my form is correct for each exercise and pushes me very hard which is exactly what I was looking for! I am confident I’ll be able to continue to make progress safely and consistently. Dayna has a great, sweet personality and is a pleasure to work with. It’s also a huge pro for me to be able to work out in a small gym with just one on one training and not feel like I’m in a fishbowl of hard-core athletes training!😊 Dayna also will do in-home training if requested but her gym is so close to me that is very convenient for me to go there. I purchased a multiple-session package and it brought the per session cost down to being a wonderful value for the excellent training I’m receiving! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices vary based on single sessions or packaged deals. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions. **Please remember: gyms charge upwards of $45+ for 30 minutes of training, and hire anyone with a certificate, and expect you to pay a membership fee. I train out of a private studio with no membership fees. I also offer group personal training , at a lower rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before our initial training session, you will be scheduled for a “No Sweat” Intro session. During this session, we will conduct a phone consultation to discuss the clients goals, conduct a brief fitness assessment and discuss the client's overall lifestyle (i.e. eating & sleep habits, activity level, etc.). From there, we will design a specific program to fit your needs. I expect that my clients give 100% dedication to this program; as they will only get what they put in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Crossfit Level 1 trainer, coach at ENG Crossfit. I teach group fitness sessions, which include variations of Butts & Guts, bootcamp, HITT, AquaFit, Fit 4 Sport, and Interval.
