I had an excellent experience with Allied Air, especially thanks to Adrian. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly cleaned the drain line and took the time to clearly explain everything about my 10-year-old AC system.
What truly stood out was his kindness and honesty. He answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood how to properly maintain my system. He also explained the benefits of the maintenance plan, including avoiding after-hours charges, which I really appreciated.

Efficient honest and caring. Everyone was so nice and understanding because we had a unit go out in our bedroom and it was 95° outside so they came and assessed the problem .Within two days we are going to have our unit so we are very happy because everyone and anyone else we contacted said it would take three weeks to get to us and I don’t think that’s a great idea in this type of weather In South Florida.

I switched to Allied for annual AC maintenance, and wow their intake process was extremely efficient. They came today and did a professional job. Of note: timely communication on arrival, thorough review of existing system, background discussions, etc. I couldn't be happier from making this change to Allied.
