Have used many process servers in 23 year plus years and have to say Odys is the best, only complaint is they need to update their payment system so I can sign in click the invoice and pay without having to type in my cc and contact information to pay. But small price to pay for a process server that watches my back and gets the job done no hassle.

I have video footage showing this is a very unprofessional company. The server had no identification, he showed up to my home with a baseball hat turned to the side and became angry when I asked him for photo ID. He had to go back to his car and did find it but displayed very unprofessional behavior. I shared this with the Odys office staff, they told me having ID or not does not matter and not to call them again. ID does matter when serving people on private property. Courts should not hire this company. I will follow up with BBB too.
