I've taken many yoga classes and Amanda is by far one of the best I've ever been to. Her energy flows through her practice and allows you to be completely present in each pose. She ties meditation into yoga more than any other instructor I've been to and always has an uplifting spirit. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amanda's Sunday morning 7am class is the perfect way to start the day.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The standard yoga class is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and is priced at $60.00. A lengthened class (1 hour and 30 minutes) is $75.00. If additional participants are interested in joining, a charge of $15.00 is added, per person.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first meet-up with a new client consists of us getting to know one-another, and discovering initial goals and intentions. Everyone has different expectations of yoga, as well as different experiences that leading them up to beginning a practice. Yoga should be personalized for each and every person, and meet them where they are, whether this is learning to meditate or heal from an injury. A good instructor can bring the practice to their client in whatever form feels appropriate and is fitting for them!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Up to this point, most of my work has been in studios and gyms in the Southwest Florida. Much of the clientele that I have worked with have been elderly, or have had past injuries that we work around and work on healing. I have also taught many faster, more intense vinyasa classes, and get a really positive response with younger people and more advanced yoga practitioners. Most recently, clients I am working with are focused on healing specific ailments that they may have, and are interested in deepening their meditation practices.
