Positive attitude. Intense barre workout from head to toe. Each class begins with a series of therapeutic and relaxing floor stretches, then to the barre where I work your body from head to toe. Then to the center floor where we perfect the technique of body positions and arabesque positions in an Adagio format. Classes designed to fit each student's individual needs . Carrying the legacy of my wonderful teachers and experience. Enhancing the lives of my students through a strong technique no matter how much or how little training or how old the student may be.
