Ryan came to haul away a desk that collapsed. He was responsive, prompt, friendly, and quick. We contacted him around 11 AM and he was here within an hour and a half on a Sunday. Highly recommend. Thank you, Ryan!

Ryan replied right away and gave me a very good rate. He was a little late day of move- as he had trouble with his trailer, so had to get friends trailer.
I didn’t realize it was going to be a trailer/ thinking would be a covered truck or van. But most important thing to me was to get the move done quickly and without incident, and he did that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I do junk removal I have dump fees and if I gotta move something far I charge a little more most of the time I give them a price and everything is included
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they need done and me and my guy goes in and does it and we get paid and tell them how we work

I did it once and I liked the work and love doing it
