- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all of my session creative fees cover the time supplies and talent for the photo session itself, I provide a print and product packages for all of my clients smashing their budgets to what their needs are. iOffer on location and in studio outdoor Studio and milk bath maternity. all newborn sessions are performed in studio where I have all of my supplies. I offer a 10% discount to all military and first responders. just mentioned that you are in the service and you book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I like to talk to you on the phone so feel free to call me or text me with any of your inspiration that you have for sessions. then if we have time I like to do a pre consultation at the studio where we go over the details of the session try on dresses go through newborn prop make sure that we have everything set and don't need to order anything last minute for session then we go over pricing and do the pre-booking session fees are due and 100% in order to book and save your date. product packages are not do in payment until after you've gone through your proof images and selected the ones that you want and decide what product packages you want to purchase. my number one priority is that you enjoy your entire experience and that not only the photo session itself but the journey to leading up to it and after it reflect in your photos and you love them every single day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
many please check out the what see what got me started in this industry I perform two to three weeks on average each year of annual training making sure that I am staying up to the best certifications and safety standards and protocols for handling newborns and working with birth clients.
