I sent a text for help early in the morning (before 7 a.m) and received a response in about 15 minutes. I explained that a ceiling fan had fallen down and I wanted to replace it with a flush mount light I had purchased. Initially I was informed that it would be next week but when I explained that I had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling I received an immediate response than his schedule would be adjusted and he would be at our home withing 1 1/2 hours since we live about one hour from him location. Besides being professional, courteous and willing to answer any questioned I learned about some improper prior wiring that was fixed. I will definitely call Sound Decisions for future electrical problems that need to be resolved. Rather than spend time shopping around to possibly save some money I now say "you get what your pay for" and the instant repair done right was worth the cost.
