- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different, so first we do a free consultation and then determine the needs of our Brides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to just simply listen to the Bride and Groom. Most Brides have been dreaming of their special day forever and already have a general idea of what they envision for their big day. So, listening is the key. After, the Bride have conveyed her desires to us, then the next thing is to have the Bride give us a budget. Once we know the vision and budget, then we are off to making their DREAMS come true.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified wedding planners through Penn Foster Career School and also have over twenty years of working with real event and clients.
