Man, what can I say? My man Joshua came through for me in a huge way I’m active duty military about to move from Navarre to head up north and I had an electrical issue and while he couldn’t make it to me in person, he sat with me on FaceTime and actually walked me through the steps to fix the little simple issue that I was having and I can’t tell you how much that means to me from bottom of my heart Joshua man thank you thank you thank you.

Although undecided about the work and cost (awaiting other estimates), I was very pleased with the company. Like others, they include a service fee(s) to check the problem and provide an estimate as well as a time to return. That fee is rolled into the work, so it is not an additional charge--if they do the work. I felt I received a good assessment of the scope of work and the costs. I will update if I determine to go with Advantage.

easy to talk to and very polite but price points are not fair in my opinion at all. if you use please clarify and make sure you ask what charges are as i was told 1 thing then hit with an additional $179 fee where i felt it was too late for me to back out of it. then the repair cost for 2 fill vales was quoted at $500 plus $179 leak detection fee plus a $79 trip fee. I reached out to another company and got the same job done for $200 all in supplies and labor which is a huge difference.
