In this day and time, finding professional, honest, affordable and competent contractors is very difficult. I am so thankful that I received the recommendation to hire Emerald Coast Homes to remodel my sister’s home for me. I had met with other contractors, and was very concerned about moving forward with an entire remodel of my homebound sister’s 1970’s home. The first time I met with Sonya and Victor, I found a team that was committed to making my sister’s home amazing in the available budget. Sonya was very patient and guided me through the entire process with confidence and professionalism. Victor and Nicolas are true magicians in how they work their skills to make everything perfect for the customer. I have never had a crew/team work so hard for me and remain true to their word. Their communication and transparency was critical in aliening all doubts. I moved my sister back into her home on the 28th day! She couldn’t be more grateful and happy in her newly remodeled home. What they accomplished in 28 days most contractors would take 2-3 months to accomplish and I’m sure it would not be as spectacular.
