FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Each project is billed individually. We guarantee a quality job performed as quickly and proficiently as possible, while assuring we are paid fairly for the expertise we bring to the table. You are paying for the YEARS... not HOURS of knowledge we provide in our service. 2. We accept cash and checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually contact the office, or me directly to let us know how we can help. If possible at that time, we'll then give them a fair assessment of what it takes to accomplish the task and the price. If not possible over the phone, we'll offer to come to the home for a closer look to assess what needs to happen, and then give a more detailed price. Once an agreement is made, a service date is scheduled. The customer is expected to have the area where work is to be performed clear of debris, furniture, or any items that may be in the way preventing or delaying work from happening. Once the job is completed, the customer inspects the job and payment is made. Our customers are given full contact information for future projects or in case anything should go wrong on our end, such as a screw came loose, or a cable came unplugged (things DO happen sometimes unfortunately). We are ALWAYS here for our customers 24/7. Our relationship doesn't end after one small job... That would be ridiculous!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally was in the US ARMY for 10 years and did countless projects that educated me in several areas of carpentry, paint/finish, assembly, trim work, mechanics, electronics, etc... Upon my exit, I moved into the home theater industry where I fabricated interiors with machinery, wood-working, spray guns, finishing, cabinetry, trim carpentry, lighting, audio/video, carpentry, flooring, remodels, drywall, window treatments, and much more. I was fortunate to have worked with numerous ASID interior designers in Miami, Palm Beach, Key West, Boca Raton, and all areas of South Florida. Being Offering both fabrication services AND electronics, I was able to work alongside the very best cabinetry, finishing, automation, audio/video and home theater fabrication companies in the entire country. Obviously, I was afforded the opportunity to study all aspects of their operations closely for decades. There's not much I don't know about cabinetry, finishing, home theaters, audio/video, etc...
