- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, I like to get with the homeowner to look over what they want done and to hear their ideas, then work up the price of the work to be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to meet them in person if possible, to see what they want, hear their ideas,and to see if we mesh well. Customer/ contractor relationship is very important to me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised with carpentry, and have worked with and for different contractors, and my wife always has a project for me to build for her!
