We are professional food people. We can feed 10 or 100,000 people on any event and location anytime. We serve food at large festivals, and we do beach-side dinners for two. Please call, and we will take care of all your needs. Sunside Catering and Vending is locally owned and operated by me, Chef Tom Ford. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 39 years, 20 of them here on The Emerald Coast. We offer catering of all styles for all events: Weddings, Graduations, Retirement Parties, Birthday Parties, Private dinners for intimate groups, Large gatherings for special events, and much more! We can accommodate the most extravagant event, or events as laid back as backyard BBQs and Crab Boils. Menus are individually designed and priced for each event. We also sell food at local festivals and some larger music festivals. Because of this, we have the equipment to cook fresh food onsite at your event. Grills, Fryers, canopies, tables etc. etc. are ready for your event. We will save you money on equipment by charging much less than equipment rental companies. Chef Tom's food is to DIE for!!! He recently catered my wedding and the food was incredible. He is an extremely talented chef, but also goes above and beyond to help out with recommending venues and places for receptions, he also hooked me up with the lady that did my wedding cake. Chef Tom and his team are wonderful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair in a competetive field. We maintain high standards of food quality. We use fresh, locally sourced seafood, produce etc. when at all possible. I can promise that our prices are as good or better than our competition. I can explain much more when contacted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the customer's needs - location of event, date of event, number of guests to feed, budget available. What type of foods are being considered? Answer each question in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been engaged in the culinary field for almost 40 years. I have owned Italian restaurants, a Chinese restaurant, several bars with full menu, a pizzeria, breakfast/lunch restaurant. Several fine dining establishments. Each time I had a partner or 2. In 2009 we (my wife and I alone) started Sunside Catering and we have been extremely happy making people extremely happy!!!
