- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to make our fees affordable for our clients. Different types of cases are handled with different types of fee arrangements. We want people to have access to legal services. Before you think you cannot afford an attorney, call us. Maybe we CAN help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer I am required to do 50 hours of Continuing Legal Education every five years to maintain my certification. In addition, I must actually try at least two jury trials to completion as well. Before you hire an attorney for your accident case, ask them when was the last time THEY went to trial!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I file Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases; I handle auto accident and personal injury cases; Divorce and child custody matters, child support, visitation and modification, paternity; Social Security Disability; Business law Wills, Estates and Probate
