I participated in a kickboxing class instructed by Han for over 2.5 years. We met twice a week for 45 minutes each session.
Over this time span, I got in the best shape of my life! I started the class when I was 62, so to be able to make the previous statement is a testament to Han and his ability to make the class enjoyable and beneficial. It was a great workout conducted by a great motivator and instructor!
