With more than 20 years of experience we take pride in not only making sure that your plumbing works, but also making it look good when we're done. We treat the customer as we would like to be treated and are here for the duration. We're committed to customer service and will take the time to make sure that the customer understands the problem that is diagnosed and the solution to fixing the problem. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the end result of any and all plumbing repairs and services. We truly enjoy helping people. When we get the call, most people are having a bad day and we understand that is just part of the job. We love helping my customers through a bad situation and love it when they are happy they called us.

We hired Jay to correct plumbing mistakes in our master shower made by Spectrum Home Solutions (do not hire, btw), and to replace our aging hot water heater with a new hybrid heat-pump. Jay was very personable, responsive, and his quote for the job was spot on. His crew was on-time, clean, and got the job done quickly and painlessly. Would definitely hire again.

Highly recomend Jay and his team. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with any professional, both in terms of service, customer experience, price, and just about any which way thats possible to rate a company and its' employees. The level of.knowledge, free advoce, time spent with me explaining verything that was going on with my leaking pipe in yard, to repairing quickly and professionally at a price that was beyond reasonable. This company and its' team are one of those rare gems that if you're lucky to find, you never let go and provide continual word of mouth and repeat business to. I cant thank them enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing schedule on all of our jobs, this way the customer knows exactly what the cost will be before any work starts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete 40 hours of continuing education bi annually to keep my license up to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind of just happened into this trade. I was looking for a job after leaving the military and a friend was looking for help. The rest is just history now.
