First, communication was great, and we were able to get a clear estimate quickly and easily. Our technician arrived on time and did a great job completing the rather monumental task of cleaning really dirty air vents and doing annual maintenance on our AC unit. Super professional and nice, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I asked them to put a sticker on our AC unit so I'd remember who to call next year (and in case of trouble). Highly recommended.

My experience with Iron Air was great. Joe was at my house to diagnose the issue within 2 hours of when I posted the project on Thumbtack. Turns out I had a refrigerant leak coming from the coil. Joe gave my my options for repairing my old unit and for replacing it with a new one. I ended up deciding to replace it. Joe’s guys were at my house the NEXT MORNING to install the new unit. The guys (James and I didn’t catch the other guy’s name) were super professional and got everything squared away quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and the 0% interest financing is certainly a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Wow is all I can say. The customer service I received was next level. I didn’t know I blew a fuse when installing my new thermostat. I contacted Iron Air and within minutes had a response. They didn’t even have to do a service call and walked me through how to fix it. I’m telling you when I need my AC serviced I can guarantee you that it will be by Iron Air. I know my unit doesn’t have too much life left so I’ll be reaching out when it’s time to replace.

Great firm. Really cleaned up my dryer vent and took a look at my air and made recommendations. Price is good, and very friendly and knowledgable. Joe is very wise.
