Wow is all I can say. The customer service I received was next level. I didn’t know I blew a fuse when installing my new thermostat. I contacted Iron Air and within minutes had a response. They didn’t even have to do a service call and walked me through how to fix it. I’m telling you when I need my AC serviced I can guarantee you that it will be by Iron Air. I know my unit doesn’t have too much life left so I’ll be reaching out when it’s time to replace.

I have a 1 year old AC system that was shutting off due to a low voltage issue. The installer was terrible and did not want to bother with troubleshooting the issue. They did not stand behind their install. I decided that I would rather not deal with the installer any longer, and instead reached out to Iron Air for a service estimate. Iron Air called me soon after I submitted my request through Thumbtack. Joey took the time to review the issue over the phone and said he would come over Monday Afternoon (it was Saturday when I first contacted them). Right away, I felt comfortable knowing someone would actually come by and take the time to troubleshoot the issue. Sure enough, Joey came by, discovered a short in the HPC sensor, and repaired the issue. It has been 10 days and my AC is working well and blowing cold air. I will only use Iron Air from now on.
