James and his crew hit all the marks. I had a small leak in my roof and James gave me a reasonable quote and then in 2 days sent his roof tech Miguel over to do the repair. Miguel located the problem in less than 10 minutes and he and his helper worked through the day to complete the repair. After the main job was completed they walked the roof and made some minor maintenance touch ups to ensure my roof was top notch. Professional and Courteous, everything was explained. This is the company I will go with if needed again.

James was very informative on what to expect with the roof leak I had going on - even worst case scenario. He answered any questions I had, and when they did the work they inspected all of the roof. They even found other leaks I didn’t even know I had. You can tell when individuals actually care about their job, and enjoy it - this company definitely does. Thanks to James I know my roof is fixed now and won’t have to worry. Definitely reccomend them as I did have another company come out to give an estimate before and they didn’t even find the other leaks! If you need your roof fixed Storm Master is the way to go.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing pricing is done by the 'square', which is a ten foot by ten foot section, 100 square feet. In order to quote a roofing job we either climb the roof and use a measuring tape, or we order an EagleView satellite service measurement which generally takes 48 hours to generate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will contact a new client by phone, and we set an appointment to meet them in person at their property. We will then measure the roof and provide an immediate written, easy-to-understand estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a commission-only door to door salesman for another roofing company, eventually working my way up to running their roofing division. After learning the business I started Storm Master Roofing in 2014, and I've done millions of dollars of Roofing since then.
