I don't have "hard copy menus". All my events are tailored to the tastes & budget of the customer. I use seasonal, local fare to the point of picking my tomatoes & blueberries from the fields for upcoming parties. I love every aspect of my work. It's only a job if you HAVE to do it. Laura and her team did an outstanding job for my client. We had only email and phone conversations but she translated our ideas into a spectacular party. It had elements of fun, glamour and great food. I could not be more pleased. We didn't have very long to work on the party, but she provided the catering in record time. She exceeded our expectations.

What a fabulous job Laura did for our Christmas Luncheon for 205 of our employees! The food and service was excellent! The employees have been raving all day about how good the food was. I don't see how Laura and her team could have improved on anything.

Make sure YOUR wishes are met. Too many times a customer will be pushed into getting what the establishment wants to serve. It's your party, your money .. No reason for settling for less.
