In the past I have employed persons who specialize in lanai cleaning. Perhaps I should stay with this speciality to obtain the desired result. I also aked to have dirt dobbler type structures removed that were here and there around doors and windows. This was not done.

I'm sorry the customer feels that way about the Lanai cleaning service that was done. after the job was completed, the customer inspected the work and expressed satisfaction and even left me a tip$$, in regards to the dirt moles structure around the doors and windows, that was never mentioned in the scope of work to be completed, only the Lanai to be cleaned and large amount of spider webs to be removed.

Wow, he's above the rest of contractors I ever hired. I hired him to paint my 2 car garage floor, he did an outstanding job for more than half of the price companies offering garage painting online. He's truly a professional and knows his business. He arrived on time and cleaned up behind himself. My neighbors are in awe after seeing my garage, they thought one of the overpriced companies painted it.
