- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself one delivering exactly what the customer would like, consulting with them is the first step to ensure we are both on the same page. Once we are set on exactly what services they want, next step is setting up a time and location to do the pictures. Answering any questions to the best of my abilities at all times. Not only are you a customer at Billings Photography but you are treated like family friends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was fortunate enough to be raised and mentored by a pioneer in the digital photography industry. My father and Master Photographer Rick Billings always provided education and mentorship in my interest in photography. I was raised around a photography studio as a young kid, brought to the weekend sports photography shoots and eventually was the one on the field shootings action sports, the one behind the lens capturing moments for family's and individuals that they will have and cherish for a lifetime.
