Ken was our service tech. He did two separate projects for me: gutter cleaning and pool deck drain cleaning. Ken was very good, before he started anything, he would explain what had happened and what he was going to do to fix it. The best thing I liked about his work was "before & after" pictures. That was the aboslute proof of the quality and quantity of work that was done. I will use Rain's services again (especially if I can get Ken).
