Introduction

I take pride in my work and treat customers how I would expect to be treated. If the customer isn't happy I'm not happy. I'm more excited about a compliment then receiving a payment. Meeting new clients and getting to know them and their pools. Almost every pool is different and I enjoy fine tuning run times and flow settings to maximize efficiency. I know I achieved my goal when a client says "My pool looks great" or "How did you do that". Getting paid to be around great looking pools is just the icing on the cake.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in a big pool chain while attending college. While there the opportunity presented itself, and by the time I earned my degree I decided that I wanted to stay in the pool industry. I'll take a day poolside over a day in the office anytime!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend getting multiple quotes from different companies. Ask lots of questions and go with a company that feels right. Everyone wants the best price they can get but more often than not you get what you pay for.
