- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are due upon completion of the requested job, unless agreed upon in writing. We accept all forms of payments (including cash, credit and/or debit cards). Late payments may result in additional fees. Abe’s Drain Cleaning reserves the right to implement a 15% increase to the total amount past due for every 30 day past due the due date . Any unpaid balance is subject to liens and fee at the customer’s expense. Any debit/credit card transaction will have a 2.3% for fees .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates: Any estimates given are based on the information available at the time. Final cost may vary depending on unforeseen issues, additional services and or the scope of work. Set prices are subject to change.
