Called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get us scheduled for what ended up being a simple fix. The tech, Larry, arrived exactly when he was supposed to. He explained what needed to be done, showed us the repair once done and before reassembly. And left space in the same condition it was in when he arrived.

The company was quick and efficient. My washing machine was fixed within 30 minutes. They are very professional and polite. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Weve used Rocket a few times and are very pleased with the service they provide. Larry came to check our refrigerator and based on my answers provided to his questions, he checked more than just the problem I had called about and he was quick and extremely knowledgeable. He gave his honest opinion to what was needed, which didnt warrant the repair in that we really needed a new refrigerator. He didnt waste his time or our money! We will definitely continue using them should further appliancerepair needs arise.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technician will come to your home, diagnose the appliance, and give you the total price to complete the repair before any work begins.
If you approve the repair, you simply pay the quoted repair price, there is no additional diagnostic fee. If you decide not to move forward, you only owe the $120 diagnostic fee ($150 for gas appliances).
We also offer a 10% military and veteran discount on repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what’s going on with your appliance and finding a convenient appointment time. Our uniformed technician arrives, diagnoses the issue, explains what they found, and reviews your repair options before any work begins. If a part is needed, we keep you updated until the repair is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians each have at least 5 years of hands-on appliance repair experience and receive ongoing training as appliance technology continues to evolve. We focus on practical experience, accurate diagnostics, and professional service in the home.
