Here is a detailed message I sent him along with links, I had orginally agreed to the quoted price and got blamed for my delay for and additional $50 he wanted to charge. I reported it to thumbtack chat support and was advised to post a review so here is the message:
I am writing this message to make certain thumbtack is aware of your business practices. While I was pursuing getting this quote I was also doing some research before I made a decision. So if my seeming delay to hire seemed improper to you, I am the customer and I have the right to take my time about purchasing agreements.
I finally agreed to hire you at the quoted price of $125, and you come back at me, via your own text message account with an increase to the bid hire price of $125 to $175. Bait and switch! You claim the reason for the increase was the price of the keys had gone up. I told you I could get that key from an authorized Chevy parts dealer for $35 and indeed the price had gone up to $37. Here is the link with the key for my 2014 Chevy Spark LT:

You also claimed you needed software specific to program the key to my car. Here is what I found on line about programming 2014 Chevy Spark LT remote entry anti-theft key: http://freeremoteinstructions.com/chevrolet/chevrolet-spark-2013-2014/
Programming can be done in 30 seconds or less without any programming software.
Notice the only time you need any software for programming a key is when there is no working key available. That is not the case here!!!
So now that we have set aside and disproved you lies to justify an unreasonable increase in quoted price, you want to try again? Remember we are in the age of the internet, and we can find out anything about anything, whether truth or fiction.
