I located Florida Climate Solutions on Thumbtack and decided to give them a try due to their rating and reviews. I'm here in Jacksonville visiting family, and 2 days ago, their AC unit stopped working. I reached out through the app in hopes that a technician could be sent out that same day. Unfortunately, due to a fully booked schedule, the first available was the following afternoon. When our technician arrived, he was pleasant and got right to work. After a quick assessment, he retrieved the necessary equipment from his vehicle to fix the issue, and in less than 10 minutes, the AC unit was up and running. Dealing with an irritatable toddler in this heat for 2+ days is unheard of. Thankfully, they were able to come out as quickly as they did to fix the issue.

When my a/c went out they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue and luckily it was a quick and easy fix. He was very professional, respectful, and explained the issue in terms I was able to comprehend. I’m so appreciative he got my air up and running again! I’ll definitely use them in the future, should anything else come up.

Our AC system went out Sunday night, they were there next day and fixed everything in a matter of minutes for a fraction of what David Gray has been charging us just for the maintenance in they system. Fast, pleasant, and responsive when the distress flare is sent up. Will definitely use again!
